RiseUP PH is committed to protect and respect your data privacy. We are at the forefront of not only implementing but complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

RiseUP PH collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our Services. You provide some of this data directly when you register to RiseUP online learning events, send us feedback online, participate in Online Survey, or contact us for inquiries and career guidance support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our Services by, for example, using technologies like cookies and receiving error reports or usage data from Services running on your device. We also obtain data from third parties. We protect data obtained from third parties according to the practices described in this statement and any additional data source restrictions. These third-party sources vary over time but have included: Social network when you grant permission to RiseUP PH Services to access your data on one or more networks. These Service providers help us determine a location based on your IP address to customize certain services to your site.

We collect the following personal information from you when you manually or electronically submit information regarding your participants in RiseUP PH's Program:

Data Collection

The collected personal information is utilized solely for purposes within RiseUP PH. Still, it can be shared safely with third-party companies and organizations or other services, for example, career counseling services or internship facility services.

Only RiseUP PH has access to the personal information, which will facilitate through e-mail and hard copy. They are stored in a database for a maximum of 5 years, unless a shorter or longer period is prescribed by applicable laws, rules, regulations, or policies/protocols.

Some of our Services are supported by advertising. We share the data we collect with third parties such as Microsoft and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) so that they can select and deliver some of the ads you see on their sites and apps, as well as other sites and apps serviced by these solution providers. Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall constitute the entire agreement between you and RiseUP PH concerning the Website. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be binding on the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
